Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales team to ensure accurate inventory and handle website orders from placement to fulfillment via our shipping partners.
• Interact with vendors including web developers used for marketing or creative services efforts.
• Assist Controller to generate data and reports from online platforms (Square, Shopify) to integrate into periodic reporting in accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Responsible for content creation, editing, and promotion of company website, online storefront, and social media campaigns.
• Strategize and take ownership in initiatives to maximize public engagement for marketing efforts (online and physical – demos, showcases, educational events, etc.)
• Communicate directly with customers and vendors on a regular basis and respond to external inquiries on a timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from office in Geneva, AL
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• May be required to complete aptitude tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference given to individuals that have completed career tech programs
• Prior digital sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
