RE/MAX At The Lake is a team of super energetic real estate sales people that have more than doubled in both agent count and productivity in the last 4 years. We are growing, innovative, fun, and always seeking to better our skill set in order to help our clients. We are excited to offer and find an equally energetic professional to join us as a Marketing & Sales Support Administrator. We seek a unique individual who is tech savvy and has graphic related marketing skills. This position will work closely with the broker in charge, ownership team and individual sales agents in the design and production of digital marketing materials, print and other advertising, social media management, event coordination, and perform other tech related educational opportunities in addition to administrative tasks.

The position requires an individual who demonstrates an innate drive for problem solving, has excellent digital design and marketing skills, and is fearless about researching and learning new technology. On busy days at Re/Max At The Lake, the ability to focus, prioritize, and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial while a slower day requires an individual with an inner curiosity to research new ideas for achieving marketing goals and discover more efficient technology tools. The perfect candidate will often work independently and possess the desire and patience to teach sales agents better ways to use marketing and technology in their business.

I. Work with and assist the company and individual sales agents in the following
(but not limited to):

  • Maintain and manage company’s real estate listings within MLS database
  • Support company transaction file maintenance within current system (Dotloop/Excel/Numbers)
  • Provide daily support in marketing related tasks to include but not limited to: design, create, and update print and digital marketing, social media content, promotional events and related promotional materials, and personal recognition announcements
  • Maintain and routinely update the company’s FB, Instagram, Google, and Link’d In profiles to include but not limited to: Provide timely responses to create a cadence of social media interaction, Post/create unique, relevant messages weekly, Promote and increase agent interaction to company posts, Create content calendar for agents to utilize, and Assist and encourage individual agents in their social media
  • Continually research and educate yourself on real estate marketing, technology, and educational topics offered through internal and external online training resources
  • Develop, promote, and present monthly trainings on real estate marketing, technology, and educational topics.

II. Serve as the lead sales support of the company by but not limited to:

  • Maintaining updates to the office current intranet group notification system and group Google calendar
  • Manage main phone line and any walk-in traffic

The ideal candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of computer applications but not limited to:

  • Canva Required and Familiarity With Adobe Photoshop/InDesign or Illustrator Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Apple Software Applications: Pages, Numbers, Preview
  • Google Suite of Applications: Gmail, Docs, Forms, Analytics, Business Page
  • Web browsing: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari
  • Understanding of basic network connectivity and file management / storage
  • Social media applications: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
  • Basic website fundamentals

Other programs utilized candidate will need to learn but not limited to :

  • Dotloop
  • MLS Suite of Applications: Homesnap, MLS, Showing Time, Supra
  • Re/Max Suite of Applications: Megaphone, First, Adwerx, KV Core, Websites

Experience Necessary:

  • College coursework in marketing, graphic communications, and/or business management preferred
  • 2 years of experience working in a similar marketing - sales support role

Skills Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in another real estate environment
  • Wordpress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
