Large Residential Garden Co-op Community seeking a full-time Maintenance Department Advisor in a fast-paced environment. Duties to include Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. The Service Advisor will report to the Department Coordinator.

About the Role:
The Maintenance Department Service Advisor provides pleasant and courteous customer service to our Shareholders and Residents. Our Service Advisors possess excellent organization, communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills.

· Generate, follow-up and finalize in-house service orders.

· Calmly handle large volume of emergency and non-emergency calls.

· Utilize radio equipment to maintain contact with Maintenance Field personnel.

· Assist walk-ins.

· Identify building issues causing problems.

· Prepare correspondence.

· Handle various Shareholder and Resident complaints and requests.

· Departmental filing.

What We Offer:
Work schedule is Monday to Friday in our office in Queens, NY during the initial training. Permanent schedule will change to Tuesday through Saturday at a future date after successful training completion.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes vacation time that is accrued throughout the year, two (2) personal days, five (5) sick days, ten (10) company paid holidays, Health Benefits including Dental and Vision, 401K Program with employer contributions, Annual Performance Review and a performance based year-end bonus.

About You:

· Able to multi-task in a team environment and assimilate into the Department.

· Comfortable with heavy call volume and multi-line phone system.

· Quickly comprehend instructions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· 2+ Years of Customer Service and Dispatching experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
