Job Description :

Dynamic Rockstar of an Experienced Litigation Attorney Needed!!

Kelly M. Davis & Associates is a small boutique construction law / litigation firm located in Lewisville, Texas who has an opening for a hybrid attorney position. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years litigation experience (construction or insurance defense experience would definitely be a plus). This position will mainly be responsible for overseeing a majority of the discovery in the firm. Some cases involve third party or expert discovery, written and by deposition.

The Partners are willing to provide case supervision. Our clients mostly work in the construction industry and would faint if you wore a suit.

Income and pay will be commensurate, but is highly competitive, based on experience, and capability to be self-sufficient. Our firm offers great benefits including paid time off, set reimbursement for medical insurance cost, Simple SEP IRA with employer matching, and more.

If you’re looking for a smaller firm with a laid-back attitude whose core values are Teamwork, Tenacity, Accountability, Candor, and Dedication, we invite you to apply to join the Kelly M. Davis & Associates team.
