The Home-Based Program uses a variety of person-centered therapeutic approaches that promote growth and healing for some of the most vulnerable youth in the community. myPTsolutions is looking for a Licensed Social Worker for our client. This job is working Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours could be expected including evening and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits of the Social Worker
Salary: $51000 - $74000 based on licensing and experience
Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. 401K. PTO.
401(k) with company contribution
Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
Paid Holidays

Included Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Assess the needs of the infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families
Monitor child development using developmental assessments.
Provide parent-child psychotherapy and play therapy.
Crisis intervention; including crisis phone contacts.
Provide parents with education and resources pertaining to child and family development.
Parent education, coaching and training.

Requirements of the Social Worker
Acceptable licensures: LPC, LMSW, LLP OR LLPC, LLMSW, AND LLLP
Must have a minimum of a Master s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
Must possess and retain current Master's licensure by the State of Michigan: LPC, LMSW, LLP, or the respective limited license.
Must meet the requirements for Children s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire.
New graduates are welcome and licensure supervision is offered.
Therapy is conducted in the youth s community, so therapists must be available throughout the day to travel to the youth s home, school, and community.
Must have valid driver s license and favorable driving record.
