Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services is a well-established practice with offices in Philadelphia (Society Hill and Fishtown) and Willow Grove, and remote positions available as well. We are currently looking for PA licensed psychologists, LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs.

We want to empower and support clinicians in doing the work that they love, in their area of expertise, and with the clients that they most enjoy working with!

Our team of highly trained clinicians meet regularly for various peer consultation groups, support one another through informal consultations, enjoy spending time together socially (in-person or virtually), and have access to clinical guidance from the leadership team, when needed, as well!

Requirements

• Three (3) years experience providing therapy (or formal psychological assessments)
• PA License (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) before starting (interview process can be initiated beforehand)
• Ability to schedule at least 12 appts/wk (including some evening or weekend availability 8 appts/wk)

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in outpatient settings
• A strong background with children, adolescents, families and/or adults
• Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current credentialing with major insurers in the area (a plus but not a necessity)
• Black, Indigenous and People of Color strongly encouraged to apply
• Spanish-fluency is a plus
