What you will do:

• Provide individual therapy; crisis assessment and intervention; case management; behavioral health education; to children, adolescents, and young adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and other approved evidence-based models
• Administer assessments at appropriate intervals to determine treatment outcomes and recommendations
• Coordinate and collaborate with others who care about mental health in children and youth, including other treatment providers, schools, and community partners

To be considered, you will need:

• Master's Degree in a behavioral science field
• Licensed in the State of VA as a LCSW
• LCSW with full licensure within 6 months will be considered
• Must have familiarity with DSM 5 and diagnostic techniques
• One-year mental health experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
