We are seeking an Experienced Junior Banquet Sales Associate to join our team of dedicated employees. Potential to lead the growth of our B&C Division and to provide unforgettable experiences for our event customers. You must be a team player, have a passion for service and presentation, and possess a strong commitment to fulfilling each event customer excellent service.

Responsibilities Include:

• To execute sales and create memorable experiences;
• To maintain relationships with our existing customers and to grow the volume of business with those customers;
• To expand the base of customers with whom we will grow the number of events and increase the revenue and profitability of the division;
• To coordinate booked events with the Event Coordinator and other team members ensure that all specification for events is clearly defined so that the events will be executed in accordance with the customers’ wishes;
• To coordinate the available dates with the Event Coordinator for the event rooms in the Chandler restaurant and to maintain and publish a booked event schedule;
• To maintain a backlog of leads to be converted to booked events and follow-up on those leads to increase the capture rate;
• Must be comfortable taking phone inquiries and interfacing with clients in person;
• To place outbound calls to clients when necessary;
• To increase the utilization rate of the facilities in the Chandler restaurant;
• To prepare accurate proposals for Banquets and Events that meet our gross margin goals.

We offer a pleasant work environment as part of a dedicated team, competitive compensation that includes a base salary plus commission and vacation.

This is a full-time position and requires an individual with at least 2-3 years of experience in event or function sales in a restaurant, hotel, country club or similar venue.
