DSS is a fast-paced tech/ MSP on Long Island looking for an IT professional with experience with IT-related needs including server, network, and desktop support issues. Candidate must have a passion for technology, energetic, dependable, and eager to learn. Our customers' environments are very technically diverse and range in complexity. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, have the ability to prioritize activities, and have outstanding problem-solving skills.

Experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and/or IT consulting firm, supporting MULTIPLE client networks. Candidates with experience in the Health Care and Dental industry with Electronic Medical Records are highly desired.

Minimum two years experience in an MSP or similar environment simultaneously supporting multiple different clients and networks.

This position is a front-line, customer-facing role. Solid communication skills and the ability to uncover unmet needs are critical for success. Professional communication and interactive skills are necessary.
