Our direct client is seeking an IT Supply Chain Planning Analyst.

This is a Contract to Hire role, located in Carlsbad, CA92008, Hybrid REMOTE, on-site3 days a week

• Contract is open for 1099 OR Corp-2-Corp only!
• Contract to Hire (convert to full time after 6 months) ( Salary conversion after 6 month contact is $125k - $145k base plus up to 20% bonus)
• Must be able to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA 3 days a week.

Candidate should have the IT side understanding, on the Supply Chain Planning on setting up, integration

Advise the Business Team on Solutions.

Basic Over all Skills

· 4+ years of experience in Planning & Technical Business Analysis

· Candidate should have IT experience on a planning system.

· Oracle Cloud Supply Planning is not a must, a BIG plus

· Supply chain planning solution support & management

· Demand Planning & S&OP processes experience

· Oracle PCC, Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience.

· Strong project management capabilities in scenarios which required interaction with senior business leaders and achieving consensus across wide range of objectives

· Comfort in working under ambiguous, complex, multi-stakeholder and fast-moving situations whilst still driving a project to its successful completion

· Ability to understand IT trends and align with Global IT strategies

• Oracle Cloud Supply Chain / OTBI is a plus
• Strong Planning background + technical background
• 3 days onsite in Carlsbad - 2 days remote

Education and Work Experience

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering
• 4 or more years of work experience in:

- Supply chain planning solution support & management

- Demand Planning & S&OP processes

• 4 years of experience in a Process Industry, preferably Consumer Products focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing systems and solutions
• Advantage (not mandatory): working experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning application support

· Understand IT trends and align with Global IT strategies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in very fast-paced and dynamic global work environment
• Work closely with IT counterparts and business partners locally as well as from other business units around the world
• Participate actively in IT innovation and continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities

Planning Solution Designer is a critical IT strategic business partner to client’s Global Planning and Supplier collaboration functions. This position is responsible for the support, evolution, implementation, and integrity of IT solutions supporting these functions and ensures that selected technology solutions deliver intended business values and aligns with the Company’s overall strategy. Applying a deep understanding of the supply chain planning business processes and supporting technologies, this position will understand requests from business and translate them into innovative IT solutions.

· Understand business holistically to connect individual initiatives and requirements into global solutions

· Conduct regular meetings with Business counterparts to identify and prioritize initiatives and recommend solutions that maximize value of technology to business

· Understand day-to-day planning & collaboration processes and “pain points” to recognize emerging needs

· Partners with third-party providers to ensure on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and technology solutions

· Manage applications support within agreed SLAs

· As planning expert, support and evolve Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning application by working closely with Global planning business team

· Recommend sustainable solutions for current business needs, develop and execute implementation plan

· Extend solution globally

· Provide timely and quality Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning support:

- Understand changing business requirements and provide suggestions to enhance plan quality, make required changes and plan production roll-outs

- Help business understand plan behavior and answer plan output questions/concerns

- Address any data integrity related questions that come up

- Maximize use of OTBI reports to address business requirements

- Work with Oracle Support and development teams to influence cloud solution evolution

· As Supplier collaboration expert, ensure supplier collaboration solution CSE (Collaborative Supply Execution from JDA/Blue Yonder) stability and align functionality to the business requirements to ensure maximum value of CSE to clients buyers

- Recommend sustainable solutions for current business needs, develop and execute implementation plan

- Troubleshoot systems integrations and provide resolutions

- Drive collaboration system upgrade and migration to future collaboration solution
