Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
• Handle annual budget by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring cost effectiveness
• Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements
• Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
• Travel to other locations on a necessary basis
