One of our clients about 10 miles south of Nashville is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative.

The base salary is $50,000-$60,000, which may be negotiable based on experience, plus $10,000 in commissions.

You will need to be in the office 4 days per week and we typically see advancement occur in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation by identifying qualified contacts at target accounts and organizations
• Build our sales pipeline by setting meetings with qualified contacts
• Use online resources to understand customers’ pain points and work to solve them
• Work with your team and other departments to maximize sales
• Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales experience
• The ability to source great prospects and obtain all necessary information
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
• A coachable individual who’s open to new ideas and feedback, and is looking to advance their skill sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit – the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
