We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant who would support the President/CEO of Homestead Gardens. This role is would be an integral part the business operations.

Requirements:

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the President/CEO with all required administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Master all communications including answering phone calls, text messages, and emails directed to the President/CEO with professionalism and a strong customer service oriented mindset.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and accommodations including communication of the travel arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through.
  • Create detailed meeting minutes, reports, presentations, memo/communications as well as other business documents.
  • Greet and acknowledge all who come to the Administrative Office and help anyone who needs assistance.
  • Management of corporate administrative office services and supplies. as well as mail retrieval and distribution as required.
