Bonnell Aluminum is seeking an Inbound Marketing Generalist (IMG) reporting to the Product Marketing Manager. In this role, your responsibility is to engage and attract qualified prospects at the right time and via the right channel, to convert visitors into prospects, prospects into leads, and leads into customers.

Our ideal candidate is experienced and ready to take full responsibility of our digital engagement platforms including marketing automation, nurturing trails, social media, and web inquiries (Calls to Actions), using digital creative assets (images, videos, written content, websites, webpages, landing pages, etc.), to generate qualified leads and to ensure their experience with Bonnell Aluminum starts off on the right foot.

Persistent follow-up, CRM data management, responding to live chat and social media engagement are parts of the daily routine. The IMG is often the initial contact with potential customers, helping them understand how Bonnell Aluminum can provide value for their organization, and serve a pivotal role in securing new accounts. This position will work hand-in-hand with Sales and will be responsible for turning warm leads into qualified opportunities.

As an Inbound Marketing Generalist, you can expect to contribute to creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage different strategies to drive customer acquisition. IMG must understand how specific inbound marketing activities turn leads into customers and continue to refine their process to maximize results, testing different solutions, then spending their limited budgets and time on the most effective strategies on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound lead activity.
  • Manage inbound leads via Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation.
  • Lead management—Manage all initial engagement and nurturing activities generated by phone, digital marketing, demos, webinars, tradeshows, live chat, and targeted account lists, leading to RFQ’s for new potential prospects.
  • Take leads generated through marketing activity and develop them into viable opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads.
  • Employ social selling tactics to engage with warm leads, target accounts, and decision-makers via LinkedIn or other social channels.
  • Plan automated drip programs to nurture leads.
  • Concisely educate potential clients on the high-level value of Bonnell Aluminum’s product offerings.
  • Score prospects and understand when a MQL can be converted to an SQL.
  • Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives and schedule meetings on their calendars.
  • Persistent follow up to leads that have “gone dark” or missed.
  • Input all activity and detail into CRM (Salesforce) with great attention to detail.
  • Data cleansing activities in Salesforce to ensure our lists are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers and support company sales growth plans.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, our competition and industry as well as the manufacturing process to deliver top-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an inbound sales and marketing position.
  • Experience with CRM’s, Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred.
  • Active experience in creative lead generation and prospecting based on target client lists.
  • Competitive in nature.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics.
  • Optimistic personality and enjoys being part of a team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
  • Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital & inbound marketing.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • B2B experience in an agency or company setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in CX and UX for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Occasional travel - The job may require travel and overnight stays from time-to-time.
