JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Experience working as a commission-based salesperson helpful, but not required for the right person

*Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; MUST BE friendly and enthusiastic

*Company-generated leads are provided

*Ability to work up to one early evening per week and one to two Saturday mornings per month

*Technology savvy; tablets, apps, cell phone, CRM, etc.

*Must have reliable and clean vehicle, pass background check and drug screen

YOUR ROLE

*You will be running 18-20 COMPANY-SET, in-home sales consultations every week. Meeting with homeowners and business owners, presenting information about our concrete coating solutions, following our sales methodology, and using tools and resources we provide to make sales and close deals!

*Working our booth at numerous Home and Garden Shows in the area

*Updating CRM, calendar, and other company provided apps and tools

*Delivering thank-you gifts after the completed install and requesting reviews

JOB SPECIFICS

Job Type: Full time, but somewhat flexible hours, with few appointments after 5 pm or on weekends

Preferred experience:

*Sales experience in in-home / outside sales

*However, a friendly and enthusiastic person who is willing to learn and to work hard will trump experience nearly every time!

Compensation:

*Generous base salary for initial starting months, then transitioning to full commission, with no upper limit on earnings potential

*Performance based bonuses

*Mileage reimbursement or company car

First year expected pay: $105,000 - $165,000, then up from there!
