Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Territory Manager for RCB Roofing, the Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of all roofing installation activities. The Project Manager will be responsible for project quality and control, communication, adherence to manufacturer and building code requirements, client satisfaction, and job profitability.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-con site inspections to verify the scope of work and material needs.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery.
• Schedule subcontractors based on project scope of work and expected timeline.
• Own and manage installation process from start to finish, including: job site prep and cleanliness, installation quality, and timely completion.
• Communication with subcontractors and clients to ensure expectations are understood and met.
• Identify and communicate potential change order needs to clients and management.
• Communicate with multiple departments to achieve production goals and timelines.
• Frequently inspect projects to verify quality, work in progress, and work completion.
• Maintain healthy relationships with established vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure installations maintain safety standards.
• Assist with recruiting efforts for subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction/renovation.
• Proficient knowledge of Residential Roofing and building code.
• General Knowledge of Construction.
• Computer Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dependable vehicle (truck preferred).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
