Our client, a premium custom development and contract manufacturer, is searching for a HR Manager to join their team.
The HR Manager leads their department in developing and implementing the HR agenda to support the companies' growth and goals. They perform a variety of complex HR duties in a professional manner, partnering closely with other members of the HR team and leaders across the organization in administering HR programs, processes, standards, and strategic HR goals.
The HR Manager embraces the ownership of all HR functions and is always looking to improve internal customer support, reduce HR costs, maintain legal compliance, and increase the ROI of existing plans.
Role Requirements:
● Demonstrated expertise with ADP WorkforceNow required.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
● History of taking proactive initiative to own process improvement projects and operational efficiency.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Demonstrated excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Exceptional people skills, be accessible and approachable, and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
● Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations.
● Ability to maintain efficiency and quality in a dynamic, sometimes stressful environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Must demonstrate discretion and ability to always handle/maintain confidential information.
● Strong diplomacy, tact, and adaptability attributes to deal effectively with all levels of management and employees.
● Ability to analyze and diagnose problems, develop solutions, and recommend an effective course of action.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree or any similar combination of education and experience.
● Minimum of 11+ years of multi-state HR experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
● HR Certification required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
