THE ROLE

Supervises and coordinates operations of store located at the Gorge Amphitheater. Store Manager will report directly to District Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all stores & campground vendors.
• Ensure the Total Customer Experience.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain appropriate level of store staff; hire, train, and coach and counsel personnel
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• Inform store employees on updated proper store operations and procedures.
• Schedule and assign employee hours.
• Monitor payroll and expenses daily to ensure budget is met.
• Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Direct all store operations on additional days, including event days and special events.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Three-Five years industry experience required.
• Associates or four-year college degree in retail, business, management, or related field, is preferred.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
• Ability to work both traditional and non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,478.40 - $65,478.41 per year
