Summary

HRIS Analyst is an entry-level, full-time position within the Frontier Payroll Department. Our HRIS Analyst consults with HRIS Senior Analysts, Senior Payroll Managers, and other departments to determine HRIS needs. They can find themselves analyzing new hires’ metrics and resolving application issues. Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports are also common responsibilities. We seek proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven individuals to maintain employee and company records through data entry and vigorous audits and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of all new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations into the HR/Payroll system.
  • Perform application upgrades and technical support, as well as provide cross-training to other HRIS Analysts.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
  • Assist Frontier employees with questions pertaining to W4s, address changes, and help direct them to additional solutions to their HR questions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train teammates.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in handling susceptible data.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
