This full-time Housekeeping Technician position works full-time days, approximately 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, a total of 40 hours per week, as well as every other weekend 6:30am-3:00pm (in those 2-week pay periods you will work 2 less workdays). The shift start and end times have some flexibility.
This Housekeeping Technician position is part of a holiday rotation and will be scheduled every other minor or major holiday per calendar year (with special holiday pay).
The starting wage for no experience is $16.50/hour. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.
Please note that this program is relocating to Polk City, IA within the next 12-24 months. We are offering a recurring retention bonus of up to an additional $1,500 every 8 weeks for employees who maintain their employment during this transition period. This retention bonus is calculated based on total hours worked during those 8-week periods. We also offer a bonus for perfect attendance, and a final bonus at the time of the relocation. New hires are eligible for all of these bonuses.

The rehabilitation process from a brain injury or other neurological condition is a 24/7 job for each person served, and Housekeeping Technicians and the rest of our Facilities team ensure a clean and safe environment for them along the way.
