BASIC FUNCTION:
Part-time administrative assistant to property manager in all administrative areas. Residential community with a great opportunity for the right person to work and train with a professional property manager and be part of a team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a person with 3+ years clerical experience in office procedures, excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Dependable and trustworthy, organized, strong work ethic. Ideal candidate will be familiar with subsidized housing and HUD regulations, but not required. This position is 24 hours per week with flexible schedule.
