Due to retirement after almost 20 years of service, Touchmark Central Office is looking for the new face of first impressions. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that will also work at our front desk.

You will support our leadership team with administrative tasks as well as represent Touchmark as the face of first impressions, whether by phone or in person at the front desk. You will come to work each day knowing that you’re contributing to something greater than yourself!

As the administrative Assistant and Face of First Impressions, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing superior customer service to callers, vendors and team members
• Work as the receptionist and represent Touchmark
• Answer phones using a multi-line switchboard and respond to information requests and forward calls to appropriate team members
• Receive and distribute mail
• Maintain the orderly functioning of the kitchen, including loading and unloading the dishwasher, restocking snacks, making coffee, ordering supplies
• Schedule meetings for various departments using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Coordinate social events, including happy hours, holiday parties, golf tournament, etc.;
• Offer administrative support for several computer applications, including user management;

The ideal candidate will:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Understand the importance of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
