RIITHINK is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to brainstorm, design, and execute innovative multi-platform digital and print experiences.

Responsibilities

• Designing beautiful, sophisticated, clean, simple, and straightforward pieces
• Creating and maintaining design templates
• Designing web layouts
• Amazon A+ content creation
• Designing storefronts for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other Marketplaces
• Recommending courses of action for improving existing assets and creating new ones
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on content development
• Developing assets and providing all relevant files and materials for project completion
• Effectively communicating with internal team members on project phases, goals, and completion dates
• Being accountable for the quality of each design

What you’ll need

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design with 3+ years of digital design experience at a branded content studio, creative advertising agency, or editorial publishing company
• A sophisticated sense of digital design, composition, typography, and strong, strategic conceptual skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including, but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere experience is preferred
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS for front end design styling
• Experience designing responsively across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms
• Can learn quickly and adapt as technology becomes more sophisticated
• Must be flexible and have a willingness to compromise when needed
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail
