DESCRIPTION:

As a Graphic Designer, you will provide graphic design & marketing support for the JLM division of the Lipari Foods Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will manage the day to day development and fulfillment of all creative assets for JLM manufactured and owned brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Project Management: Manages marketing projects through the entire project lifecycle, from the initial request, applicable design through final approval to ensure on-time delivery
• Graphic Design: Package design for new and existing JLM exclusive products and retail programs, logo design, create promotional materials including sales flyers and presentations
• Basic photography for product images
• Proofreading: Use Style Guides and Checklists to review all documents and ensure each project meets the quality requirements before delivery. Verify copy and layouts are correct in terms of content, spacing and formatting. Correct any mechanical errors
• JLM Website Management: Responsible for basic JLM website maintenance and managing content, photography & videography.
• Large events: Assist the JLM team with all Food Show specific marketing materials, assists during show set up and the day of the show if needed
• Oversee POS design, production & fulfillment
• Performs additional tasks and responsibilities to be assigned at the discretion of the Marketing Director & Creative Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree and 1-2 years of Marketing/ Graphic Design or Associate Degree and 5+ years of Marketing or Graphic Design experience preferred
• Proficient with MACWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Professional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – plus (ideally) basic video production
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
• Self-motivated, team orientated, resourceful and results driven
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
