Serve as the Executive Assistant and Business Partner to the CEO of the Nation’s Leading Provider of Private Pay Care in the Home. This role is a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure, learn from a progressive and multi-talented CEO, experience professional growth while supporting and working with a top-notch team. If you are a dynamic, multifaceted professional with a strong communications and project management background backed by superior administrative experience supporting an executive, we invite you to consider joining the team as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of the Delray Beach Corporate Office at TheKey. Role Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Manager of the Delray Beach Corporate Office, you will be responsible for making the Chief Executive Officer’s days run smoothly and that the Delray Beach Corporate Office is managed efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO, including serving as the administrative liaison with the Board of Directors. In addition, you will be a representative for the office of the CEO, expected to ensure the Executives’ time is well spent, that meetings are scheduled promptly and that all communications are clear and timely. The Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of the Delray Beach Corporate Office will also partner with other Executive Assistants within the organization on special projects and to support enterprise goals.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will also have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the
ability to perform the duties of the position will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives in an assistant capacity.
  • Proven Event Planning experience.
  • Familiarity with the following technologies/programs will be helpful: Google Workspace, including Gmail & amp; Drive and Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Audio Visual Equipment, and Online/Virtual Meeting Tools.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and passion while also being able to maintain a calm demeanor and composure under pressure.
  • Agile and adaptable.

You should also be willing and able to travel approximately 5-10 times a year to accompany the CEO to meetings, conferences, and events. The ideal candidate for this role will also be committed to schedule flexibility which could include some evenings/weekend work depending on the needs of the CEO and business.
