What you need:

• Knowledge of marketing and graphic design principles and practices.
• Skill in operating personal computers and programs, including design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design preferred and 1+ years of experience in the marketing or graphic design fields OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Excellent written communication skills and experience developing social media assets that resonate with the audience and are unique to the interactions of each platform
• Reliable and organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license.

What you'll do:

• Designs the company’s marketing materials, both printed and online. Responsible for being strategic in developing collateral marketing material and executing on project completion
• Executes all printed and digital visual assets and helps develop, execute, and monitor lead-generating campaigns
• Impacts employee engagement by developing and maintaining the company’s apparel program, sourcing, and purchasing gifts, and assisting with company events.
• Owns all artwork deadlines and submissions
• Ensures the completion of project work within the timeline and estimated budget
• Ensures all designed materials have the correct information and are professional
• Consults with the content writer and other appropriate parties to ensure marketing objectives are met
• Manages final design files in an orderly manner on the server. Sets the next designer up for success and ease of use

Ayers Basement Systems is seeking a passionate, organized, and talented self-starter with the skillset to support Ayers' various marketing initiatives. The Graphic Design Specialist will design, manage, and organize all the company’s printed and digital marketing materials. They will brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into the digital materials used to educate homeowners on who we are and what our foundation, waterproofing, and concrete solutions look like.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,499.49 - $52,944.52 per year
