Job Description:

A Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at Stonehenge of American Fork is responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a designated unit, including assessing resident needs, development of individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Candidates must have current RN or LPN license.

Sign-on bonus for FULL TIME nurses of $2500.00
$1250.00 (half paid) after first 30 days of employment and then $625 after 90 days and another $625 after 6 months. NOTE: There will be an agreed upon (with the corporate office) select number of these bonuses that will be unique to each building based on need. These full time new hires must work a minimum of 30 hrs/week through the first 6 months in order to be eligible for this full bonus.
