The Galante Architecture Studio (TGAS) is a multi-discipline design firm with a diverse & complex client base. We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver exceptional project results through the connected thinking of our talented team of Architects, Designers, Graphic Artists, and long-standing consultants. We work comfortably in casual office environment with an emphasis on collaboration and a team approach to design. The studio's Harvard Square location provides ease of access from many places, and more coffee shops than one can visit in a week!

Your Essential Contributions

  • Experience in A/E/C and with RFP process is a PLUS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite is a MUST
  • Maintaining and upholding the TGAS brand standards and developing the brand as needed
  • Independent, creative decision-making regarding any and all graphical materials produced by the firm
  • Creation of custom graphics for various uses
  • Layout, design, and copywriting as needed for proposals and Statements of Qualifications
  • Creation of in-house and external marketing materials and reprographics (pamphlets, swag, leave-behinds, business cards, etc.)
  • Coordination with subconsultants for proposal process
  • Project support, including but not limited to, coloring/editing plans as needed, editing architectural photography,Creating presentations for City/Town meetings
  • Conference preparation, including but not limited to preparation of boards and award submissions, preparation of booth materials and visuals, coordination of mailing said materials to and from conference
  • Lead in-house creative direction on complete website overhaul with external web development firm
  • Social media strategy and management, including but not limited to curation of social media feeds, (optional) motion graphics as needed for ephemeral content, tracking growth and reach of social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,941.80 - $83,238.51 per year
