We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join the team at Yugo Flagstaff Central!

Job Duties

· Lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure that the resident space is running smoothly

· Take full responsibility of the budget and P&L, and the financial performance of the student space

· Managing costs and maximizing profit for the property

· Follow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the resident space is at capacity

· Drive sales and marketing activities to ensure the resident space is full and all marketing channels have been utilized to their full potential

· Handle complaints and offer excellent customer service to your residents

· Use your advanced knowledge of safety, security, compliance and building management to ensure core operating procedures are adhered to, followed up on and we are providing a safe secure home to our residents

· Maintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers

· Ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turn around

Qualifications

· Relevant experience running a property, even better at a university/college

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships

· Experience within a fast paced, target driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience

· Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
