We are looking for Service bar/Cashier. In addition bartend for private functions. Schediule would run Thursday to Sunday nights and scheduled as needed for functions.
Rate of Pay $15.00 an hour plus tips

Responsibilities
· To Deliver World-Class Service to each Silver Gulch Guest.
· To keep the bar area and counter clean and sanitized at all times.
· To set up and break down the garnish containers and keep them fresh on a daily basis.
· Keep all glassware clean and fully stocked.
· To ensure that all daily side work and deep cleaning duties are performed correctly.
· To obtain an Alaska food workers card, and abide by food safety rules
(i.e. not touching ready to eat foods with bare hands)
· Follows correct hand washing procedures after returning from the bathroom, handling food, or smoking
· To be able to operate the Squirrel POS system, and to be able to take payment using the Squirrel system
· To follow the correct cash out procedure by putting all checks in order and verifying correct tips and payments on checks.
· Reconciling cash at the end of the shift. Either depositing cash or being paid out.
· To fill out a tip out sheet, declare all tips earned, and to keep a personal tip log for every shift that you work.
· Follow the proper pour measurements and recipes.(Do not over pour)
· To follow All TAPs guidelines at all times per service of alcohol. Be fully aware of and adhere to all alcohol regulations. Checks all ID’s. of customers that look to be under the age of 30. Does not over serve guests. Does not serve more than two drinks to any individual at a time.
· Keep a daily bar log, detailed events of the day. Report any/all incidents immediately to the supervisor.
· To Follow the Silver Gulch Front of House Dress Code.
· To check out with a manager after cashing out and finishing assigned side work.
· To abide by the Silver Gulch Standards of Service handout.
· Other related duties may also be assigned.
Training and/or experience that includes professional alcohol server responsibilities. Such background or experience must have demonstrated a familiarity with and/or commitment to working in the beverage service area.
A sense of urgency (to be able to pick up the pace and deliver prompt service)
The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision.
An ability to quickly learn about the products being sold, pos system operation, site features and SGBB customer service expectations/standards.
Dedication to understanding and exceeding customer expectations/needs.
Recognition that service is a demonstrated attitude and a state of mind, not a task or step.
Physical Demands: Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Must be able to operate a cash register and make change. They may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to reach above head and lift 2 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
