Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

3. Perform data entry and administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing.

4. Assist with various office projects as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
