Minimum 5 Years Litigation Paralegal Experience

Must have experience in State and Federal Courts

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in all aspects of civil litigation.
• Responsibilities include assisting in legal research; interviewing clients and potential witnesses; drafting state and federal pleadings; and motion practice and trials.
• Oversight over clerks and legal assistants in drafting discovery and FOIA requests; review, processing and management of discovery responses;
• Preparation of pleadings in discovery motion practice;
• Any related litigation matters.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Trial preparation and assistance at trial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
