This position coordinates the care and management of patients and family members as well as bringing cases to final disposition and is primarily responsible for

Truck driving: 1 year (Required). Dump truck: 1 year (Required). Two Years Dump Truck Experience preferred with some asphault experience.*.

Career growth with emphasis on continuing leadership and management development after completing initial courses or further clinical development with options

VA/WV state license for Occupational Therapy (or willing to obtain). Communicate patient progress with supervisor and parents weekly.

CPR Certified or willing to obtain certification. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana to practice OT. Display evidence of interest in continued education
