UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hr) Executive Office Administrator.

The Executive Office Administrator represents the entire UCFS organization through the provision of administrative, operations and project support to the CEO, the CEO’s direct reports and Board of Directors. This position interacts with internal and external stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the CEO in a positive, professional, productive and cooperative manner.

Requirements:

The Executive Office Administrator is expected to function with autonomy and maintain the confidentiality of all information and communications. Skills and experience include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of secretarial/administrative experience, 1 year providing Executive or C-Suite level administrative support.
  • The ability to work on diverse and concurrent tasks and manage multiple priorities and schedules
  • Demonstrated high level of problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint, and database, information management and reporting software
  • All employees at UCFS are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19
