BLS or ACLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred. 1-2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population.

This position will be assisting our current CSR with incoming calls, scheduling, emails, and phone sales. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Participate in the on-call rotation by answering phone calls and assisting customers and drivers at night and on weekends.

Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service. This is a full-time/part time, permanent role. Act as an expert on our products and services.
