A prestigious law firm is hiring an Executive/Legal Assistantwho will provide multi-layered administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: detailed organization, maintaining multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, depositions, and discovery deadlines, drafting correspondence to opposing counsel and clients, maintaining traditional and electronic files. Microsoft Word and Outlook experience is required. At least 2-4 years of litigation experience is required. NetDocuments and attorney time entry experience is preferred.
