Rock River Homes has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. We’re looking for a self-starter with impeccable organizational and time management skills that will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s daily calendar by scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, special events, and travel
• Assist CEO with expense tracking, research and personal matters as requested
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize requests, and confirm meeting details and expectations for the CEO.
• Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, and various reports as needed.
• Research and analyze MLS listings, update internal database using Excel
• Monitor project status and execution of deadlines for assigned projects
• Assists with rental property management to include maintenance on rental properties and advertisements for rentals
• Oversee incoming correspondence and requests, prioritize items that need immediate attention
• Other duties assigned.

Skills Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on excel proficiency
• High-level writing skills to include exceptional spelling and grammar skills
• Real Estate experience a plus but not required
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Self-Starter – Initiative to get things done with limited or no supervision
• Ability to execute independent judgment
• Ability to communicate across organization with high level of professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated high work ethic in terms of reporting to work on time, honesty, and trustworthiness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
