A telecommunications client is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide general administrative support to an Executive Director.

Location: New York, NY 10036 - hybrid
Position: Executive Assistant
Pay: $20-30/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer

Position Summary:
This position provides general administrative support to an Executive Director and requires a thorough knowledge of the Executive’s span of control, as well as company policies and procedures. Incumbent must be able to safeguard confidential information.

This role is an integral part of the team. Primary responsibilities include:

• Compose and prepare high level correspondence, internally and partner facing externally.
• Screen and direct incoming calls effectively with considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and courtesy.
• Screen and communicate voicemail messages.
• Partner with other administrative staff to ensure constant coverage.
• Manage schedule and appointment calendar(s) and maintains sensitivity to changing priorities.
• Work with other Executive Assistants to coordinate Executive schedules.
• Organize, coordinate, and take minutes at various meetings.
• Schedule all business travel and accommodations.
• Reconcile and maintain all expense reports in accordance with guidelines.
• End to end management of team off sites and other such events
• Comfortable with occasional travel to the NYC office.
• Performs ad hoc project-related duties as requested.
• Comfort with working hours that extend beyond 6pm on occasion.

At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
