We need someone to join our team of project managers & estimators

You are interested in & want to learn construction & Landscaping.

You will be working on multiple jobs with many people at the same time.

WABO Landscape & Constuction is a well established company specializing in public works Landscape projects in Northern California

We do construction projects such as Parks, Highways, Habitat restoration for Caltrans, Cities, & other public agencies

You duties will be:

• preparing bid documents, (some driving to bid openings)
• General office tasks: filing, copying, faxing, mailing, phones, etc.
• updating databases, insurance, equipment, licenses, etc.
• helping bookkeeping
• Submittals, purchasing, & other project administration
• …and, lots of other stuff…

Salary $18-23 hr, depends on experience (see below)

You will need to have:

• a willingness to learn
• very knowledgeable with excel, word & know access.
• Good English writing & verbal skills (Spanish is helpful)
• be a Team player: ORGANIZED!!! self starter
• Good DMV driving record, Valid CDL

WE prefer you to have:

• construction office experience
• familiarity with estimating, reading specs & plans
• interest in landscaping
• Bachelors degree
• subcontracts & insurance experience
• knowledge of GFE, DBE, RFI, RFQ, CCO, DEWR, &
• a sense of humor
