This Human Resources Administrator / Office Manager position is for you, if you would enjoy:

  • Being the first point of contact for FOCO
  • Offering administrative support across the organization
  • Welcoming guests and greet visitors
  • Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • Providing administrative support to the multi-faceted HR teams
  • Being based out of our Piscataway, New Jersey office

Human Resources Administrator / Office Manager Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate the inbound calls and inquiries by answering and directing calls, email, text, etc.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor and COVID temperature check logbook, and issuing visitor badges
  • Keeps a safe and clean office and reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Register visitors and new employees into the visitor portal system
  • Occasionally assist with redistributing mail
  • Assist with maintaining the break rooms, other office facilities
  • Arrange and facilitate the coordination before and after conferences and meetings
  • Assist in administrative functions for the Human Resources team as required, such as calendar management and other administrative duties and projects as assigned by different HR Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
