Job Title: ERP Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage the implementations of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementations of the ERP systems, including project planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project close-out reports.
  • Manage the change control process and ensure project changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Lead project team meetings, review project progress, and address any project issues or risks.
  • Ensure project compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the transition of new ERP systems to the ongoing support and maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP project manager, with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project team members.

Pay: $71,887.64 - $90,459.17 per year
