Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two-four years of operational experience with EDI files including end-user support
• Advanced experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to perform detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Hands on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Position will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain processes including EDI file transmissions to ensure successful exchange of EDI data with trading customers
• Monitor transmission of EDI files including the following:
• 810-Invoice
• 830-Invoice
• 850-Purchase Order
• 856-Advanced Ship Notice
• Occasional project work to add or remove trading partners which may include data mapping
• Perform administration duties of computer network
• Implementation and support of IT systems including hardware and software upgrades, design changes and infrastructure improvements
• Manage PC, phone (IP and mobile), printers, scanners and peripheral equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
