Duties / Responsibilities

• Drive a small flatbed truck
• Strap, tarp when needed
• Resolve any discrepancies between materials loaded and delivery ticket.
• Secure load
• Inspect truck in conformance with D.O.T regulations prior to
• Transfer materials with a helper from truck to jobsite in construction site conditions
• Communicate any issues, accidents, equipment or customer issues with dispatch and/or jobsite analyst

· keep truck clean and check fluids

· Complete paperwork required for delivery

· Abide by company guidelines and policies, including but not limited to safety and stocking procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have valid class D license

Must have a current health card

Must maintain a driving record with a maximum of two moving violations and no DUI's last 60 months

Must be able to adhere to all DOT regulations

Professional work ethic, and self-motivation

Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude

Must be able to read and write English, and use a cell phone

Physical

· Repeatedly navigate job sites in construction site conditions; including but not limited to staircases, hills, weather conditions

· Physical Mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, pulling and carrying materials)
