Provide administrative support to the Executive Operations department including daily reporting, scheduling, correspondence and other clerical duties.

Associates or bachelors degree (accounting or business administration preferred) or related work experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions. Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.

Provide information as necessary to clients, customers, visitors, and guests while providing excellent customer service. Must be at least 18 years old.

PHR certification is a plus. Assist in development/implementation of human resources policies and procedures and assist in communicating them to employees.
