Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

● Assistant Managers will assist the General Manager with daily kitchen operations and some administrative responsibilities.

● Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.

● General food operations and back-office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, inventory, training staff, etc.

● Assistant Managers will train in basic administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

● Must have 1-2 years restaurant experience

● Must be 18 or older to apply

● Must have reliable transportation and arrive to scheduled shifts on time

● Previous QSR, retail, or restaurant management experience preferred but not required
