• Monday to Thursday: 3:30 P.M. – 12:00 A.M. (EST)
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 P.M. - 9:00 P.M (EST)
• No morning shifts
• Full Time Shift; Sunday, Monday to Thursday
• Part Time Shift; Thursday , Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will be working in office, making outbound calls to conduct telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, public policy, local issues, and many more
• Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
• Adhere to the staffing schedule

Qualifications:

• One or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of computers,
• Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Orlando, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
