Our team is hiring a marketing assistant to keep our organizations advertising running smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects and maintaining excellent communication with all involved parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
  • Maintain strong communication between all parties.
  • Attend employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software
  • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
  • Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
  • Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
  • Produce and/or oversee production of all marketing materials needed for campaigns.
  • Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but is not required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
  • Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to understand timelines and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
