Our fast-paced and dynamic office is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist / Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Dentistry team, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks as well as greeting patients, scheduling appointments and answering incoming calls and emails in professional and timely manner. Calling patient for their recall appointments. Independent knowledge to verify patient insurances is a must. A successful candidate for this position will be hard-working and highly motivated, and will be able to work independently as well as effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails in a timely manner.
• Verify dental insurances and calculate and collect patient copays
