Oak Medical has experienced dynamic growth over the last year, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Leader to join our team and help us stage to growth!!
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Director-Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a vital part of Oak Medical's Leadership Team, providing oversight, administration and execution of Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefit Plans, Recruitment, Compliance and Organizational Development.
Primary Responsibilities
· Developing, suggesting, and implementing strategic Human Resource initiatives.
· Collaborating with departmental leaders, developing organizational policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
· Organizational development and compliance.
· Staffing analysis and succession planning
· Employee relations
· Talent management
· Benefit design, negotiations, and managing the open enrollment process.
· Compensation management and administration.
· Oversight and administration of annual employee performance evaluation process.
· Coordination and management of the recruiting process.
· Act as company contact for all compensation and benefits related questions
· Serve as the EEO, FMLA, I9, and Social Security compliance expert.
· Draft and implement company’s HR policies and procedures, including updating and revising employee handbook
· Collaborate with managers, directors, and team leads to ensure the consistent application of company policy and procedures across all teams and department
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's Degree Preferred
· Minimum 2 years of Human Resource Management required
· SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional Preferred (or willing to obtain within First year of employment)
· Excellent Communication & Organization skills required
· Experience creating and implementing HR policies preferred
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
· Ability to flex between strategic, operational, and tactical roles

Pay: $77,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year
