We are growing!! Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing centers and assisted living communities throughout the continental United States. We pride ourselves in providing operational guidance and programs to enable nursing facilities and assisted living communities to achieve their quality and operational goals.

As the Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in social media graphic design creation along with assisting in several projects within the department that is part of our larger digital marketing strategy under the direction of our Director of Digital Marketing. This is a hybrid role, there are office days during the week.

This position will service all our community clients within our New England and Mid-Atlantic Divisions and the purpose of this role will be to help the digital department stay organized, and on task and assist in increasing brand awareness, promote client programs and specialty services to drive prospects to conversions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and design of digital marketing materials including:

o Social Media Graphics

o Web Banners & Advertisements

o Email Blasts

o Flyers/Rack Cards

• Proof material for accuracy.

• Monitor and update inventories of printed materials on Share Point

• Maintain Google Business Profiles with branded images and assist in customer service inquiries.

• Maintain department spreadsheets for project management and organization.

• Assist in outreach and promotion using Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

• Work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and vendors.

• Perform general administrative and/or additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• BA in Graphic Design (Required)

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design

• Must have high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop

• Proficiency in Canva

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint

• Have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.

• Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be proficient in writing and editing copy for marketing materials.

• Knowledge of social media marketing, (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) is preferred.

• Familiarity with e-mail marketing programs, such as Constant Contact, is preferred.
